In the News: Dave Anderson Named to Power 125 List
We are excited to share that Dave Anderson, CEO and Founder of Homestead Companies, has been named to the Power 125 list by Columbus Business First!
This prestigious, annual list leaned heavily into development to highlight Central Ohio’s top executives leading the Columbus region forward and laying the groundwork for the next decades of growth. 2025 Ben Franklin Winners
Since 2006, the Ben Franklin Awards have served as our annual celebration of excellence across Homestead America and Homestead Senior Living properties, recognizing outstanding achievements in maintenance, curb appeal, and team spirit. A team of judges visited each property to select winners for Best Curb Appeal, Best Team Effort, and Rookie of the Year, reflecting our ongoing commitment to community upkeep and exceptional residential experiences.

Kingsley Park – Canal Winchester, OH
Kingsley Park's first apartment building is nearing completion and will be ready for occupancy October 17th. With the project currently 65% complete, construction remains on track to finish May 1, 2026.

Carriage Park – Huber Heights, Ohio
After breaking ground on May 19, 2025, the mass grading is complete, pond is in place and underground utilities have started. The clubhouse is scheduled to open April 14, 2026.
The Retreat at Marysville – Marysville, Ohio
The Retreat at Marysville is on track to open their first units in time for Christmas. The exterior is 90% complete, and drywall is being hung as of July 16, 2025.
